How to add a song

Adding songs to the library requires contributor access to maintain accuracy and quality. If you would like to contribute, email hello@nepalihymns.com. Songs are reviewed before being published.

Adding a song

1. 1Go to Songs and click the Add Song button in the top right.
2. 2Enter the Nepali title and the transliterated English title.
3. 3Paste the full lyrics into the Lyrics field. Each line break becomes a new line on the slide.
4. 4Add guitar chords above the lyrics if available.
5. 5Paste a YouTube link if there is a reference recording.
6. 6Click Submit. Your song will be reviewed and published shortly.

Tips for good submissions

1. 1Double-check the Nepali spelling before submitting.
2. 2Use the standard chord format — chord name above the syllable it falls on.
3. 3Group verses and choruses with a blank line between them.
